He is experienced in planning and conducting compliance HSE audits and HSE performance assessments, and an expert in HSE Culture Developing, Promotion, Evaluation, and Sustaining. He has proven hands-on Safety Leadership across multi-culture environments including oil and gas, construction and manufacturing environments.

He has in-depth knowledge of local and international HSE standards and regulations with extensive team management experience, proven skills in developing and proposing HSE plans and training, and strong ability in developing and implementing HSE management systems with a respected and valued record of success. In SSM Cairo, Eng. Emad provides courses in HSE and is responsible for the HSE department.

Emad is an HSE Specialist who worked at various locations such as Egypt, UAE, Saudi and Qatar where he started his career as HSE Engineer until the managerial level leading and managing HSE teams in a multi-culture environment. He was responsible for developing HSE policies and procedures, monitoring their implementation & auditing their compliance, and has been involved in developing and promoting HSE culture across several premises.

Emad is Certified Safety Professional (CSP) with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Marine Engineering and NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety along with more than 15 years of experience in the HSE field.
